Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.96 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front desk experience.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing access badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front desk activity, communications, and access-control systems; document observations, incidents, and unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
• Help maintain a controlled entry environment by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, supporting confidentiality expectations, and escalating security-related concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
